IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: OnPeak is the official housing vendor of The Coal Prep Show and is managing ALL hotel reservations for the 2012 Coal Prep Show. It is always recommended you book your hotel accommodations on-line through our official conference website. Under no circumstances should you book a hotel room from any third party company who may call or e-mail to solicit you with lower rates at the official conference hotels or any other hotels in the Lexington area. These companies are not legitimate and have not been approved by show management. If you choose to make reservations through such companies you run the risk of arriving in Lexington, having to pay for another hotel room at a much higher room rate or not having a room at all. If you receive a phone call from anyone or any company misrepresenting themselves as the official housing company for the conference, please obtain a name and phone number and report them to Joe Wilush at OnPeak.
